Cute little cafe we just happened to come across. It lived up to its high Google rating, our lunch was excellent! I had the battered fish and chips butty and really enjoyed it. Best fish I’ve had in ages.

Excellent food, amazing setting. Super star customer service and brilliant service all round. Was very impressed 👍😁 and will be returning. Value for money and portion size brilliant. Well done ✅✅✅ amazing place and food.

An unassuming little caf. Popped in for a light bite and ended up quite a filling portion. Generous BLT on a sourdough roll with nicely seasoned fries. Iced coffee was good too.

I recently visited the newly opened Cherries Café in Kendal, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the charming bone china tea cups to the proper pot of tea that was served - a rare and lovely touch.
The food was fantastic, starting with a bowl of their homemade tomato soup, which was bursting with flavor and freshness. I also tried the smashed avocado on toast, and it was simply delicious – perfectly seasoned and generously portioned. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
Cherries Café is a wonderful addition to Kendal, and I’m looking forward to many more visits! Highly recommended.- Service

My partner and I had a delicious lunch here today. The food was delicious, a fantastic burger. It’s reasonably priced and the service was excellent. I can’t recommended it enough.

Enjoyed a fab lunch here. Food portions were a decent size, well cooked and seasoned. Coffee was smooth and had no nasty bitterness. Will be going again. Prices not expensive and the food was worth the money.

The best burger I’ve ever had and the coleslaw and seasoned fries were incredible too, followed by coffee and a wonderful cherry scone 🍒 which was so tasty I bought another one to take home for the next day. Delicious fresh home made food, worth every penny ❤️

Went here with my daughter today as it's her new favorite place and I've got to say she is not wrong!I had the breakfast croissant and it was so nice honestly I could eat one of these everyday!!nice atmosphere and staff just a lovely chilled place I will definitely go back next time I'm in kendal!

Had a lovely lunch at Cherries - cafe owners gave us such a lovely welcome and the cafe and food was great restbite from the rainy rainy Sunday last weekend. We ate delicious sausage and black pudding&egg roll - highly recommend! Thank you :)
